Farrah Abraham, star of this year's Celebrity Big Brother has gone under the knife for breast surgery for the third time.
And, of course, TV camera's followed her into the theatre.
Because who wouldn't want to watch breast implants being removed and replaced with larger ones while they eat their dinner?
Farrah, who rose to fame in MTV's 16 And Pregnant, went from implant size 650CC to 800CC, which is approximately a C/D cup to an E.
She claims that the surgery was not only to boost her bust size but also to combat 'horrible burning and pain issues'.
Farrah's no stranger to surgery and has had a chin implant, rhinoplasty and lip and cheek fillers, including an infamous lip filler procedure that left her face extremely swollen.
Farrah, now 24, began going under the surgeon's knife at the tender age of 19.
She achieved particular notoriety with the British public following that spat on CCBOTS.
