Yep, the Geordie Shore star has gone and had more lip fillers put in today, which have swelled up her pout to unrecognisable proportions.
LOOK AT THEM.
"Cue the lip police," Charlotte captioned the picture, which only riled up her followers more.
"#embarrassingbodies," said one.
"U where beautiful before Charlotte, now u look like everyone else. its sad," wrote another, forgetting all the rules of written English in their excitement.
"It's sad to think you need to do that to be happy and beautiful you was a very pretty girl before I think you may have gone a bit to far," commented a third.

It comes after Charlotte's dramatic nose job, which she exclusive told heat was to help her overcome her insecurities about the teeniest bump in it.
While the Geordie Shore cast are totally honest about their cosmetic surgery, Char's co-star Chloe Ferry has probably had the most work done since her introduction to the show.
Along with lip fillers, a nose job and cheek fillers, Chloe has had Botox, teeth veneers and eyebrow tattoos – but she still wants MORE surgery on her jawline to make it sharper.
Sigh.
