Dropping from a size 16 to a size 8, keeping the weight off and doing it all while she continues partying and having one of the busiest diaries around, Charlotte Crosby’s transformation has been inspirational.

So, it’s unsurprising that after losing three stone and releasing her two exercise DVDs (*3 Minute Bum Blitz *and 3 Minute Belly Blitz), Charlotte’s now sharing her tips in a book, Live Fast, Lose Weight: Fat to Fit, including recipes – and that fans are loving it.

Our *Geordie Shore *princess spoke to *heat *to tell us all about it.

What’s the book about?

You think of eating healthy and think, ‘I’m not going to be able to have fun, I’m going to have to avoid going out for meals with friends’. And for me that wasn’t the case. I wanted to really get that point across.

Can that really be done?

Well, what do you see us do every Tuesday night? Drinking, eating bad… do I look like I’ve gained weight? This explains how you can have the best of both worlds, because it is possible.

You’ve said being fat is your biggest regret, but you’ve done lots of mad stuff on Geordie Shore

I look at myself and think I was pathetic. You’ve got one life and you need to live it to the full and be the best person you can be. All the other things I’ve done, yeah they’re stupid, but they’re not my biggest regrets.

Being unhealthy was my biggest regret because you’re damaging your body.
