Ex On The Beach is coming BACK to MTV for a fifth explosive season this summer - here's everything you need to know about the series...

When is Ex On The Beach on?

The newest series of EOTB starts on Tuesday 16 August 2016 at 10pm on MTV.

Ex On The Beach series 5 line-up

Rumours are rife about who's going to be the next bulging bicep toting or bikini-wearing cast members of MTV’s Ex On The Beach.

The *EOTB *official twitter account has tweeted this:

And show producers say it’s going to be “explosive” - although TBF they always say that.

BUT, if the stars of the past are back we reckon it could well be the best series yet.

Here's the bunch of fitties we think may hit our screens this summer for series five of the SHOUTIEST show of all time.

Sam Reece

*heat *recently reported that the producers of the show have been in contact with Sam about joining the cast.

Drama is inevitable with this fella, as he’s been linked with Stephanie Davis (obvs), Ex-Ex On The Beach-er Ashleigh Deftyand The Only Way Is Essex’s George Harrison.

George has also apparently been in talks with the show but is sceptical about taking part as things between her and Sam didn’t exactly end well.

Has she ever watched the show? That’s probably EXACTLY why she was contacted, and parting on bad terms is perfect for our entertainment.

Gaz Beadle

Amongst all the cheating rumours between Charlotte Crosby and Gaz, there was some form of good news (for us anyway) as Char revealed in an emosh tweet about their on-off relationship that Gaz has signed up to do the show - AGAIN.

Gaz and Char were on series two of the show, but could Gaz’s ex-bae Lillie-Lexie Gregg bring in a new level of drama?

At first the split seemed amicable on both sides, but Gaz hit out with cryptic tweets that were said to be aimed at Lillie:

Lillie took the higher ground and chose not to respond, but this could mean she’d be ready to go in on him if they crossed paths on the show, ya never know.

More intertwined celeb goodness: remember when Gaz tweeted Sam about shagging Stephanie Davis and took a cheap shot with this running song suggestion?

The prospect of this lot being on the show fills us up with drams-filled love.

Stephen Bear

Bear first set foot on the daunting EOTB shores in series three and was known to stir the pot just a little bit. OK, a LOT – but that’s what makes him SO good.

Since the EOTB Twitter page tweeted that there was some “unfinished business” between stars of the past, we can’t help but think Bear would quite happily have something to do with it.

Spencer Matthews

With Spenny only recently going a bit more public after the steroid scandal of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! we think he has a lot of potential to be amaaazing on the show.

Not to mention the fact he has a number (a large number at that) of girls that could be his potential ex.

Speaking of exes, who’s the lass that has links with both Bear and Spenny AND is a member of the cast from the past?

You guessed it.

Vicky Pattison

Vicky was also in series two and formed a relationship with Bear that led them to give things a go in the real world.

Unfortunately, they later split and Vicky branded Bear “laughable and ridiculous” amid rumours she’d cheated on him. Buuurn.

Now Vicky seems to have found happiness with Spenny, he's even met her mum.

Could they leave their footprints in the sand and take Megan McKenna and Jordan Davies’ crowns as the new King and Queen of EOTB? Seeing as Vicky's already half way there being Queen of the Jungle, it would be rude not to let her status carry on.

TBH, we doubt she’ll return to the show as she’s doing pretty well on Loose Women and has various other projects on the go, but could you imagine what would happen if she did?

It would be AMAZING.

And we'll bring you all the best of the rest of the rumours as we hear them.
