When Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne first went public about their relationship in February this year, there were a LOT of naysayers who just couldn’t get their heads around the fact that, in the words of Aaliyah, age ain’t nothing but a number.
However, Chiam have proved that they’re in it for the long run by making the CUTEST addition to their family unit.
The couple took to Instagram to show off their new, teeny tiny Chihuahua and ohmygosh, we are dying inside because we literally have never seen anything as adorable.
Apart from any pictures of Chris Hemsworth with his kids, like, ever, because #familygoals.
But this pooch could seriously win over even the stoniest of hearts.
Popping the dog on Liam for the snap, Cheryl captioned the picture: "Our new family member … he is beyond cute … the dog is adorable too [sic]"
The couple have been taking the many coveted steps towards relationship-seriousness lately, with Cheryl attending Liam’s sister’s wedding, and Liam apparently hanging around Cheryl’s stomping ground in Newcastle ready to meet the parents.
So this step new pup, next step baby Chiam, maybe?
We REALLY hope so. These two skipping down the street with Chihuahua and mini-Cheryl’s in tow?
