Ferne McCann appeared on This Morning yesterday to speak for the first time about her pregnancy in the wake of her boyfriend, Arthur Collins’s, arrest for his involvement in the nightclub acid attack in London.
"It has been such a stressful and surreal situation to be in but I'm actually feeling good and positive because I'm pregnant. It's given me strength and hope to be able to deal with it."
"Until you have that first scan you still don't believe it. That first scan was amazing, seeing it with my own eyes I was like this is really happening. I'm so exciting, this is such a blessing. It was a magical moment."
And as well as having to deal with everything else, Ferne confessed that she's been battling with 'all of the symptoms'.
"I don't even know why it's called morning sickness because I've been sick morning, noon and night. I've had all of the symptoms. Nausea, headaches, sickness and I'm coming out of that stage now."
Ferne then visably broke down on the sofa when Phil asked her how she's has dealt with it all: "Surrounding yourself with family and friend, I've got such a strong group around me, my mum and their friends have been amazing. This isn't how I imagined my first pregnancy to be and my main concern is my baby.”
Support has been pouring in for Ferne since her appearance, and her TOWIE castmate Billie Faiers has paid tribute to her friend on Instagram with an adorable throwback snap.
