James Argent has been off-grid for the majority of 2016/17 as he spent months tackling his demons once and for all at a self-help facility in Thailand. Arg cut off all contact with the outside world, he rarely tweeted, only spoke to his family and distanced himself from his beloved TOWIE pals.
And since his return, James Argent has been showing off the results of his stay and boy, he looks bloody amazing.
What a sort!
And upon his return to his hometown, Arg was quick to catch up with his former TOWIE pals, including the one and only Lewis Bloor.

And although rumours were swirled that Arg was AXED from TOWIE (he's the longest serving cast-member FYI), he took to Twitter to deny the claims. Wahoooo.
“I definitely haven't been axed & I'm incredibly grateful to my @OnlyWayIsEssex @ITVBe Family's who have continued to support me #BeBackSoon,” he wrote.
Meanwhile a spokesperson for the show said, "We are pleased that James is home and that he's made such positive progress, however we have mutually agreed that he should take some further time before he returns to TOWIE fully.”
