In rather unexpected (but admittedly absolutely brilliant) news, Will Smith's set to visit Blackpool this summer as he joins his old pal DJ Jazzy Jeff at LIVEWIRE Festival.

Oh, what we wouldn't do to see him in a 'kiss me quick' hat atop a donkey riding from Central Pier to the Pleasure Beach.

Will, who's obviously behind some of the best songs of the '90s in the form of Miami and Gettin' Jiggy Wit It, will be hitting everyone's favourite seaside town (soz, Brighton) to play Headland Arena in a rare UK festival appearance. GAH, we've gotta be there.

This August Bank Holiday weekend Will and DJ Jazzy Jeff will join a whole host of other popstar-types - including The Jacksons, Pete Waterman and Hit Factory Live and actual real life Sinitta for a series of concerts. The headliners look a little bit like this:

Friday August 25th: The Jacksons

Saturday August 26th: Hit Factory Live

Sunday August 27th: Will Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff

All together now: Summer, summer, summertiiime. Ahem.
