Chris Brown ‘has had it with baby mama and files paternity documents’

According to reports Chris has asked a judge to formerly sort out custody and child support issues with his baby mother.

According to reports, Chris Brown has apparently had enough with his baby mother Nia Guzman and her demanding child support and custody demands.

The *Ayo *singer is now taking Nia Guzman to court to formerly sort out the support given to his 1-year-old daughter Royalty.

    Last month Chris took Royalty, to the Billboard Music Awards last weekend - it was then reported that he had stopped paying Nia $2,500 (around £1,600) a month.

    TMZ reported the rnb star decided to cut off the cash supply after Texas-based former model requested that the payments be increased to $15,000 (£10,000) a month.

    Chris says daughter Royalty has changed his life.

    The website claims that Nia's lawyer, Carl Moore, filing documents demanding a new sum, in addition to missed payments.

    They also reported Chris says Nia's treating the baby 'like a winning lottery ticket' despite her claims that he's being 'incredibly cheap and their daughter is suffering' as a result.

    Chris, previously dated Rihanna, and in March this year his on-off four-year relationship with Karrueche came to an abrupt end after it was revealed he had fathered a child with Nia while they were together.
