Real Madrid footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez are expecting their first child together later in the year, and despite the pair keeping details about their upcoming arrival pretty quiet, it looks like the gender has been revealed in a gaffe by a dance teacher.

Georgina posted a short video of herself learning to dance over the weekend to her Instagram followers. And whilst the model thanked her dance teachers for the lesson, it was their reply that really got people talking.

In a comment that was quickly removed from the post, Georgina's dance teachers wrote, 'A pleasure giving you salsa lessons. We're very happy at how you did things in your first class. The little girl you're carrying inside you is going to be a great dancer. Basi and Deisy.'

By mentioning 'the little girl' in the comment, fans of both Ronaldo and Georgina were quick to point out the revelation.

Despite the comment, neither Ronaldo or Georgina are yet to comment on the gender of their unborn baby.

Ronaldo and Georgina announced they were expecting their first child together back in July this year. After weeks of speculation, the 32-year-old confirmed the news to El Mundo, when he said he was 'very happy' to have another child on the way.

The news of another baby landed just weeks after Ronaldo confirmed his baby twins had arrived. Introducing his new son Matteo and daughter Eva to the world in a cute Instagram photo, seven-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. held his baby sister as the footballer held his son. Alongside the photo he wrote, 'Blessed'.

Despite the twins arriving via a surrogate, it seems Ronaldo's girlfriend Georgina is very much hands on with the babies. Earlier in August the dad-of-three shared another photo with his children, with Georgina cradling one of the new arrivals.

Ronaldo captioned the shot with, 'Family mood ❤️❤️❤️❤️'
