Over the past few years, professional dancer Danielle Peazer has become famous in her own right – through steely hard work and determination. She first rose to fame as the girlfriend of One Direction star Liam Payne, but since they split up in 2013, Danielle’s worked hard on creating a name for herself.
First and foremost – Danielle’s a successful dancer and has toured with Jessie J and Kylie Minogue, to name a few. But in recent years, Danielle’s branched out - becoming an ambassador for Reebok and now, she's created her own fragrance and cosmetic range for Young & Gifted
Why did you want to get involved in Young and Gifted collection?
Danielle: “I think for anyone given the chance to create their own fragrance and make up rage is such a huge deal that when I was asked to be involved it was a no brainer.”
Which aspect of this process did you find most challenging?
“Probably deciding on the final fragrances because I smelt so many but was also really picky with what I wanted each one to smell like.”
Why is the mantra Peace, Love & Happiness important to you?
“I've had it tattooed on my arm since I was 22 and it helps remind me of what is really important in life, especially in a world controlled by social media and people jumping to conclusions about the sort of person you are. Having peace, love and happiness within yourself can be so vital to the life you live I think.”
What is your favourite product?
“Currently I can't go anywhere without lip balm because the cold weather is drying out my lips so badly! And I've also been carrying around the rollerball fragrances from Young & Gifted to refresh my scent during the day and have been getting some compliments on it, which is great!”
What makes you so driven?
“Seeing how much I've achieved so far keeps me driven to go further and be successful. I also have some really successful friends - I think being surrounded by people who set themselves high goals encourages me to stay driven.”
What’s your biggest career highlight to date?
“Being signed as an ambassador for Reebok as a dancer is definitely a highlight so far. And creating the Young & Gifted range is another crazy highlight and something I never expected to ever get the chance to do.”
