It's fair to say it's been a pretty rough week for Justin Bieber.

He had a VERY public spat with his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, over Instagram for the entire world to see and the old flames were throwing around cheating accusations like nobody's business, which then resulted in him DELETING his entire Insta. Sob.

Then his mate Chantel Jeffries had her social media accounts hacked and a pic began circling the interwebs of Justin apparently posing with his member out, although it was later revealed that the image was infact a Photoshop job. Phew.

But after his performance at V Festival last night, we're not entirely sure that what should have been a huge celebration for the Canadian singer managed to win over his fans.

Uh-oh.

Justin started telling his fans: "I'm a little hungover, I'm not gonna lie … You guys don't like to fake anything in the UK which I respect,"

Listen, love. Don't worry about it. We've all had a few too many with Rihanna the night before a humungous gig infront of thousands of people. Havent we?

But THEN Justin started getting VERY reflective and came clean about some pretty personal stuff.

"How beautiful is the world?" he started. "Who here values their life? I think growing up we go through periods where we don't value life as much as we should.

"I know I went through a period where I didn’t value life like I should have. Life is a gift – none of us asked to be here – we all have our own problems."

Whether it's the hangover talking or not, you have to give it to Justin for trying to open up about what's going on with him during a very shitty week.

HOWEVER, many fans weren't impressed with the whole performance and were fuming that he appeared to be miming throughout the show.

Yikes.

Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor didn't seem to mind, though and shared a selfie to prove they're still Beliebers.

We wholeheartedly agree that it's imperative that we value our lot in life. But maybe cut back on the voddy's the night before a concert where people have paid hundreds to see you, ey JB?
