We were tres exicted when we heard the rumours that McFly cutie Dougie Poynter could be rekindling his romance with Ellie Goulding.
The pair ended things back in 2015, blaming their hectic work schedules and long distance – months after they were reportedly talking about marriage and kids.
Both Dougie and Ellie have remained good pals and they've even been spotted on secret dates and at fashion events together.
Our heart still aches for them, tbh.
They were most recently snapped together this weekat James Jagger's Mad Max party in aid of climate change and looked pretty cosy.
However, despite both Dougie and Ellie being in the same city for The Brit Awards last night, they swerved each other to go to separate after parties.
Ellie decided to let her hair down with gal pal Caroline Flack, whilst Dougie decided to hit up the Warner and Ciroc after-party and partygoers spotted him flirting up a storm with MIC beauty Jess Woodley.
Whit-whooooo.
A source, who attended the swanky party, told Daily Star Online: "I was really surprised at first when I saw them.
"I would have never put those two together – but then again she is almost the double of Ellie.
"It wasn't just a brief chat, they were together for ages."
The newspaper even obtained snaps of the pair looking close on the dance floor.
Have we got a hot new couple on the cards? Or was L.A based Dougie simply asking where's good for brunch in Chelsea?
