Ex On The Beach’s Ross Worswick called TOWIE’s Lydia Bright something REALLY, REALLY bad

Not cool, Ross. Not cool at all.

Wow. It's not often we are (almost) speechless but we've only just managed to pull our jaw up off the floor after seeing what former Ex On The Beach star Ross Worswick has been saying on Twitter.

We know that Ross' appeal is generally considered to lie in his brawn rather than his brain, but in what universe is the terrible name he called Lydia Bright from TOWIE acceptable?

Not the one we're living in.

Are you ready? OK but brace yourself.

That's right. Ross called Lydia a "cross eyes Mong [sic]".

Plus ugly (the butters bit) – which is not as bad but is still a really mean thing to say about someone, especially on social media.

Ross' ire seems to have been raised by Lydia having a go at Megan McKenna, one of two epic showdowns in last night's episode of TOWIE.

Lydia has seemed to be a bit smug about Chloe Lewis' second fall out with Megan and, according to Megs at least, has been mean to her off-camera.

But still. It's 2016, Ross. We thought we were beyond all this?

In related news: Ross has apparently split with his long-term ex-TOWIE girlfriend Jasmin Walia.

"Ross is devastated. He changed his life for her and moved down south," a source told The Sun.

Ross and Jasmine had appeared together on Sky 1's Desi Rascals, which we never quite got around to watching.

Jasmin left *TOWIE *at the same time as Ricky Rayment and it's no secret that we'd love to see them both back on the show.

We could live without any more Ross in our lives for a while, mind. We've gone right off him.

We've contacted Ross' management for comment.
