Gemma Collins had a bit of an epiphany earlier in this series of The Only Way Is Essex.
Feeling as though something's missing from her life, Gemma's not held back when it comes to opening up about her plans to have a baby. She previously said she'd even trade in her Cartier watch and Range Rover in order to start a family.
And there was the whole deliberately not using contraception when sleeping with Arg dramz.
Gemma's recently been making some lifestyle changes – with the help of TOWIE fave Charlie King – with her desire to become a mum motivating her to get fit. She also recently made the big decision to visit a fertility clinic to discuss freezing her eggs.
In tonight's episode of TOWIE, Gem heads back to the clinic to find out the verdict on her fertility options. And things get pretty emotional.
In scenes taking place before her visit to the clinic, Gemma talks over her situation with the TOWIE mums Carol and Debbie. Things get very emotional when Gemma's own mother, Joan, opens up about being adopted and how she felt when she met her birth mother for the first time.
Gemma then heads of the see the fertility specialist. Turning to her BFF, Bobby Norris, after the appointment Gemma struggles to hold back the tears again.
