Harry Styles with his lovely short hair is about as rare a sight as the Loch Ness monster, and still more scarce are peeks into his shiny new acting career.

We practically cried with excitement when the Dunkirk teaser trailer came out, and it turned out he wasn't even in it!

But we were consoled by these GORGE pics of him on the set.

And this outrageously miserable Monday just got a whole lot brighter – as still more picces fulfilling both the above criteria came up on our radar.

Costume designer Kristea Guggia (who may just have THE GREATEST JOB IN THE WORLD), Instagrammed a photo of them together, and we are practically weeping with jealously.

Sidenote: Why on earth does Harry look like a GIANT?

She wrote: "And that's a wrap on Dunkirk! It's been an absolute pleasure to work with this true class act. 7 long, crazy months and I can't wait to see the final product!"

You and us both, Kristea.

We're still more excited by the news that Hazza is apazza an INCRED actor - his co-star Cillian Murphy said that he was "terrific".

"Harry Styles is great. 'I had very few scenes with Harry but we got to hang out and I've got to say he's a great, great kid, and really, really funny. Above all, Chris Nolan [the director] knows talent and would have cast Harry for a reason," he told Radio Times.

BAHHHHH.

And he's not the only former One Direction star having a fantastic time RN – Niall Horan has just signed a solo deal.

And it's a pretty contro one, considering it's with Universal AKA Simon Cowell's rival label.

Nawty Niall.

And Liam Payne did exactly the same thing before him, prompting Simon Cowell to say: "It's a bit annoying if I am honest with you – mainly because it is another label who has not got your artist who you worked with for so many years.

"But that is the music business, unfortunately. I don't think anyone else from the band will do that," he told The Sun.

Errr… you got the last bit wrong, then, eh Simon?
