All the One Direction boys have been doing very exciting things since the demise (sorry, "hiatus") of the band. Liam Payne has gone solo, Louis Tomlinson is being the world's biggest DILF, Niall Horan is, err, playing golf? And Harry Styles is heading to the big screen.
The news that Hazza is now an ACTOR shocked, confused and excited us in equal measures. These mixed emotions transformed into pure EXCITEMENT when we saw the pictures of him sippin' beer on the set of Dunkirk.
And now Zayn Malik could be following in the footsteps of his ex-band mate – and we are seriously excited by this news.
Speaking to Elle, he revealed that he'd put his acting dreams on hold after shooting to fame on The X Factor in 2010.
We feel ya Zayn, joining what would turn into the biggest band in the world would distract us from our dreams too.
He said: "I started acting when I was in school with theatre studies and then music came afterwards.
"The acting completely stopped because I joined the band, but I'd definitely be interested if I was given the right part."
We REALLY hope this happens – and that he's as talented as his ex-bandmate Harry apparently is. Hazza's prowess in front of the camera has been praised by none other than Oscar winner Mark Rylance (a pretty reliable source if you ask us) who claimed that Mr Styles has a "gift".
He told the Metro: "He's really witty, really funny – he really makes me laugh. He's been ever so brave, not making any fuss.
"He seems remarkable… one of those people who has – Sean Penn has it too – a kind of panache. I look at them and think 'how did you get that? How do you get so that life is easy?'
"But he has a lovely, lovely character. It's a gift."
