As if the madness of The Oscars wasn't exciting enough for a Monday morning, it's now rumoured that Hollyoaks' legend Jennifer Metcalfe (AKA Mercedes McQueen) is pregnant with her first child.

Jen and her long-term boyfriend, former Geordie Shore original Greg Lake, are said to be absolutely delighted.
Awwwwwwww.
A close friend of the couple reportedly confirmed the pregnancy to The Sun, saying: "Jen and Greg are delighted. They have told their friends and family, who are chuffed too.
"Obviously after her difficult time filming her last pregnancy scenes on Hollyoaks this is a breath of fresh air for Jen.
"It’s going to be an exciting rest of the year for her."
The happy news comes a year after Jen reportedly broke down on set while filming heartbreaking scenes in which her character, Mercedes McQueen, had a stillbirth.
Greg and Jen have been a couple since 2013, and - hot dang - they make an extreeeeemly good looking couple.
They've also hinted in the past that they've always wanted to start a family together.
Greg told OK! magazine of his family plans last year.
"I think I'd like to have 2 kids. A boy and girl would be nice. I've got 2 nephews and I love spending time with them."
This could mean that another Geordie Shore bubba could be on its way! Who woulda thought it.
Niether Greg or Jen have actually confirmed the news themselves.
