It's that time of the day when we give you a big scoop of Honey G news.

What would you be doing without it? Looking at Joel Dommett's beautiful abs in the I'm A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! jungle? Watching the full Beauty and the Beast trailer that was released today? Or maybe finding out a bit more about the brand new northern lasses heading into Geordie Shore?

Well, you COULD be doing those things. But after you've read this, of course.

Honey G pissed people off again this weekend when she was accused of being 'rude' because she threw some hip hop hand signs out there during a Remembrance Day song.

She also caused outrage (erm, déjà vu?) when the general public decided to keep her in the competition over Sam Lavery. The people who aren't digging her shimmery gold bomber jackets or blued-out sunnies are shouting 'FIX!' once again.

But one thing the haterz and the Honey-erz can ALL agree on is that the knee slide she did at last week's results show was pretty hilarious.

Even Honey G herself thought it was a LOL-worthy moment and even let slip that she actually practiced the move before the show.

"During the rehearsals I was wearing tracksuit bottoms," the rapper told The Sun.

"At the last minute I had a wardrobe change and was asked to wear some leather trousers which unfortunately stuck to the surface which is why the knee slide didn't come off the way it was supposed to come off."

Don't even worry hun, it happens to us ALL the time when we attempt it on the Infernos dancefloor.

In other X Factor news, Ryan Lawrie was trolled on LIVE TV. Poor thing.

And fans are speculating that Nicole Scherzinger might be getting a little porky naughty with Matt Terry after their cosy little onstage cuddle.

Don't tell Gifty Louise.
