I’m A Celeb 2016 rumours: Is Sam Reece heading to the jungle?

I'm A Celebrity 2016 may still be five months away, but already there are plenty of rumours about who will be joining the line-up. Our fave so far? Sam Reece.

Yep, the 23-year-old is reportedly set to jet Down Under later this year – and may well spill all about his infamous relationship with Stephanie Davis.

The couple's relationship lasted a year before she cheated on him in the Celebrity Big Brother house with Jeremy McConnell and then dumped him via text. But now it looks like the model is going to get his own back and we're FINALLY going to hear what he has to say about their relationship.

Steph, who is now single and pregnant with ex-boyfriend Jez's baby, previously said her relationship with Sam turned toxic and she only stayed with him because of his alleged emotional blackmail.

Sam previously spoke to The Daily Star about the relationship, saying: "It was really good before she went into the house but what she did, she did and I've accepted it."

A close friend of Sam told The Sun: "Since Steph binned him during Big Brother he's had lots of offers and has been biting his tongue – now it's his turn to share his side of the story and let the public see the real him."

The source also said: "This is the ultimate revenge to Steph as she's always dreamt of going into the jungle."

Last year Steph was set to join I'm A Celeb before she had to pull out last-minute because of her nut allergy. She tweeted: "Yes, it's true, I was signed up for I'm A Celebrity, but unfortunately due to a severe nut allergy it would be unsafe for me to take part in the jungle.

"I'm absolutely gutted as it would have been a brilliant experience and sure I would have had you all laughing your socks off.

"Don't worry though, there are amazing stuff coming up for me so keep your eyes peeled! Good luck to my fellow camp mates this year!!

"I'll be watching guys! Big love, Stephanie xx"

Not only are we excited to hear all the gossip about Sam and Steph's relationship, we also can't wait to see Sam in that waterfall shower…
