We know the term 'DRAMATIC MAKEOVER' gets batted about a lot around these parts; and while Jesy Nelson changing her hair colour or some-celeb-or-other getting some lip work done's arguably different, Jahmene Douglas off of The X Factor's new look is MAD.
Like, to the point where he doesn't even look like the same human and 'unrecognisable' is totally justified.
Chucking a few pics on Instagram, Jahmene showed off his switched-up blonde hair and sent SHOCKWAVES round the heat office. Well, the intern spat out a bit of her chicken wrap. Attractive.
Tackling the serious topic of racism in the music industry, Jahmene asked: "Question: Is it right to have an exclusive ‘blue-eyed soul’ genre? Especially when it dominates the Top 40 and excludes people like me?
"If only my brown eyes were blue… Would the radio support me like they’re supposed to?"
This all comes after Jahmene recently caused concern with a frank post about his 'suicidal thoughts.'
Last month, he tweeted: "I don’t know what to do any more. My mind is plagued with suicidal thoughts whenever my defences are down. I feel so broken, lost and worthless.
"It doesn't seem to matter how much I try to fix myself, who I talk to or what I put in place it always comes back to this."
Talk about a bloody transformation.
