Jamie Laing - heartthrob of all Chelsea land, overall irresistible, funny-man, bachelor - is great at many things (DJing for heat Radio, wearing sunny glasses and furry coats, mainly) but one thing he could spruce up on is his boxing skills.

The *Made In Chelsea *star has only gone a broken his hand in an ol' pad session - he even confirmed the news to *heat *on Twitter.

Laingy boi shared a SnapChat video - when he first announced the news - of himself in A&E, alongside: "My poor hand."

More news!

The poor love was surrounded by some poorly crying kids in the video, after telling us:

    :(

After appearing on *heat *radio yesterday morning, Jamie shared on the social media vlogging app: "So SnapChat, hey good morning so, I've broken my hand.

"That's what you get for being so good at boxing." Erm, or maybe the polar opposite of that dude.

    Poor boi

"Ribs, hands, what else am I going to break," he continued.

    "Stop breaking stuff Jamie."

YES, Jamie, STOP BREAKING STUFF :(

    His poor hand...

And it's not the first time the 26-year-old has been in hospital in the past couple of months.

The Candy Kitten boss cracked his ribs after getting battered during a pretty nasty tackle after a charity Rugby Aid match last month.

So we reiterate, STOP BREAKING STUFF, please Jamie.

Good news is, the lad is BACK on our telly for Made In Chelsea series 10, on Monday night, YAY.

Listen to Jamie Laing on heat Radio every Staurday at 10am! Listen to his show on digital radio, Freeview 716, heatworld.com or via the heat radio app on iOS and Android.
