Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini FINALLY breaks his silence over Cheryl divorce

Cheryl's estranged husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini has officially broken his silence over their split, just weeks after reports emerged from his camp that he'd accused Cheryl of cheating on him with Liam Payne.

Speaking to The Mirror, JB confessed he'd also already moved on to another relationship since the pair broke up towards the end of 2015.

"It's been a tough year, I'm trying to move on. I'll never think badly of her. She is a great girl," he said of Cheryl.

Which sounds lovely, doesn't it. Except… Remember when he hit out at Cheryl in April via some sources who said he was dedicated to saving his marriage? And was all but accusing Cheryl of having two-timed him and Liam during her X Factor stint? heat remembers. heat always remembers.

The restaurateur also claimed he hadn't even heard of the Girls Aloud singer before they first met, even though they decided to get married just three months later.

"I fell in love, what could I do? I didn't know Cheryl was famous when I met her. I was having a party at my house in South Africa and she turned up, but I didn't know who she was. I always go for very beautiful women," Jean-Bernard went on.

Still, it's nice to be nice.

But he wasn't done there – JB then revealed that he's got a new lady in his life.

"I'm still a married man, but there is someone else," he admitted.

So who is it? Pamela Anderson, who JB was seen leaving a Cannes hotspot with last week? Or Vanessa Perroncel, a friend of Cheryl's, who's also been linked to him?

Er, no.

"I'm not going out with Vanessa, I've known her for ten years and she has a boyfriend. Me and Pamela are good friends. She is a great girl. We were also with Paris Hilton that night. Just because you are out with someone, doesn't mean you are in a relationship," added JB.
