A LOT has happened since then and now Steph may (or may not) actually be in LABOUR with Jezza's baby as we speak.
But it was poor Sam Reece who we felt a little bit heartbroken for as Steph and Jeremy's relationship escalated VERY quickly before our eyes.
The FITLORD model was dating Stephanie when she went into the house but ended the relationship when things got all hot 'n spicy with Jez.
Sam has since been linked to Real House Wives of Cheshire star Taylor Ward, but now that the relationship has come to an end, it appears as though he's turning his attention to dating apps.
In particular, Ex On The Beach star Jemma Lucy's app, Dating Ink, which aims to bring people together by their love of tattoos.
Jemma shared the news that her pal Sam was back on the market when she took to Instagram to share his profile.
