Jeremy McConnell has kept a pretty low profile of late; since telling the world he didn't believe ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis is pregnant with his child, he's not had much else to say.
But the reason for that might be a pretty good one, given that right now he's recovering from a plastic surgery operation.
Earlier this week, rumours swirled that Jeremy was having a nose job – but on his Snapchat and Twitter, he 'joked' that he was actually getting a "sex change".
It's called sex reassignment surgery now, but mmkay.
But we've heard the original rumours were true – he WAS having a nose job, but not for vanity reasons.
"Jeremy has had a long-standing football injury to his nose corrected in Poland," a source close to the reality star told heatworld.
It's thought he flew out to the Polish city of Wroclaw to get the operation, although it's not clear what was actually wrong with his nose in the first place.
An insider told MailOnline that Steph wasn't happy about Jeremy's decision to leave the country – especially as it comes just days after her baby scan pictures were allegedly leaked.
"While Steph is so upset about her scan being leaked – Jeremy has ignored her and ran off to get non essential surgery," said the mole.
"We knew Jez was vain but this really takes the biscuit."
Jeremy now seems to be recuperating under the care of his best mate Ray, who once told heatworld that Jezza's penis was so big it actually put a woman in hospital.
That's a sentence that will stay with us until our dying moments, FYI.
