The couple met while Luke filmed those saucy scenes with Michelle Keegan for Our Girl, and rumour has it he and Michelle's sister-in-law hit it off.
But even though Luke wined and dined Jess, she apparently decided he was too much of a player and ended things with the ex-Skins actor.
Jess isn't the first lady Luke has been linked to this year. He also dated Perrie Edwards (before she got together with an England footballer) and TOWIE's Chloe Lewis.
A source told The Sun: "Luke's really been playing the field this year and taking advantage of being single but dating Jess was a real surprise. They both tried to keep their romance under wraps but it didn't take long before she saw through him and pulled the plug".
Ouch!
But good on Jess for not putting up with any relationship rubbish.
In other celebrity relationship news, Luke's ex Perrie Edwards might just have confirmed that bandmate Jesy Nelson is single.
