She's also keeping her cool after Jake Rixton released an ACTUAL SONG titled 'I Swear She'll Be The Death Of Me' about their break up. Woaaaaah.
The pair have, since the break-up, remained pretty silent about the whole thing - but it looks like now the silence will be broken.
"Jake has stayed silent since the split but he’s finally ready to speak his mind,” an insider told The Sun.
"He has written a song all about his recent break-up and wants to get it out straight away. He has poured his heart into his music and needs his fans to know how he really feels."
And now Jesy has some post-break up advice for all of us going through the exactly the same thing. Apart from the song thing. We don't think our ex would do a Taylor Swift.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola, Jesy said: "You have to go through the stages of just crying it out.
"Be around your friends and having that support and then you get yourself out and you mingle."

Jesy and Jake's spilt shocked us all - probably more than Brangelina TBH - especially after Jesy hit back a reports suggesting that they were on the rocks.
Jesy previously insisted that they were "very much in love".
She explained last month: "We're in no rush [to get married] We want to travel the world together.
"There's so much we want to do together, and at the moment, we're focused on our own careers that there just isn't time. We're literally in no rush."
