Lauren Goodger is back in Brentwood and we're predicting drama. Lots of dramz.

The reality TV star initially quit the show way back in 2012 when the likes of Amy Childs, Harry Derbidge and Mark Wright – Lauren's former flame – ran riot in Essex. Ahh, the good old days.

The original cast member first hinted that she would be returning to the show that made her famous on Loose Women earlier this year.

She explained: "I was meant to be in [an earlier] series but couldn't for personal reasons. But I will be back next series."

And now pics have emerged of the original Essex girl in a black leather skirt as she makes her way to TOWIE filming.

We're not quite sure what the show has in store for Lauren this time around, but for her sake we hope there's not as much AGG involved as last time.

Originally, Lauren was in a relationship with mega FITLORD Mark Wright when the show first hit our screens all the way back in 2010 (REALLY, 2010??).

We watched avidly as Lauren and Mark's nine-year on/off relationship played out on our screens. Remember that opening scene when Amy spotted Lauren's tattoo of Mark’s name on her bikini line during a spray tan? That was probably the pre-cursor to the TOWIE vajazzle.

Then our hearts actually broke a bit as poor Loz watched him crack on with Sam Faires and Lucy Mecklenburg. Essex boys, ey?

This time around however, Lauren is taking more of an independent woman stance and has said: "I’d love to come back as Lauren. I've always been in a relationship or had drama. I can be one of the girls. There loads of things I can do. I can help the other girls."

Mmmhmm, sing it sista.

Maybe Lauren can offer some pearls of wisdom to Megan McKenna after Pete Wicks' sexting scandal? Although, we're pretty sure Megz can look after herself. In fact, the Ex On The Beach star has already been throwing some MEGA shade at Pete.

While we're not sure what TOWIE has in store for Lauren, she did post this cryptic message about job applications on Twitter, so maybe Loz already has a plan in place if this reality tv lark doesn't work out again.

Lauren

We hope it does though. Brentwood needs a bit more of the Goodger.
