Popstar, badass, feminist, mum and just all-round good egg P!nk has given us another reason to admire her even more than we already do.

Sharing a candid post about babies and bodies, P!nk urged her fans to not 'stress about reaching a certain weight' and revealed that staying off the scales has worked wonders for her self confidence.

Pink, who's a proud mum to little Willow, five, and newborn son Jameson Moon, shared a snap of herself looking haaaaawt in the gym.

Writing alongside the snap, P!nk said: "Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"? By 'regular standards' that makes me obese. I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don't feel obese. The only thing I'm feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies!"

This isn't the first time P!nk, real name Alecia Moore, has raged at unrealistic body standards forced on new mums.

Back in February, just two months after giving birth to Jameson, P!nk returned to the gym after Jameson's birth and told fans on social media: "Day 1!!!!!!!! Lets do this (Week 6 post baby and I haven't lost ANY WEIGHT YET!!!!) Yay me!!!!! I'm normal!"

Yaaaaas queen.
