We can probably all agree that Christmas with the in-laws is a bit of a bloody nightmare, and Rob Kardashian seems to have found a sneaky and foolproof way out of the dilemma – by hiding at his mum's house.
We might do the same.
Chyna’s mum Tokyo Toni is coming to stay in the house, and Rob’s not sure he wants to hang around," says* heat*'s insider. "He wants to be there for [one-month-old daughter] Dream’s first Christmas, but Toni can be a hard person to spend a lot of time with. He’s told Kris he might come to her house for the day."
There’s no love lost between Rob and his mother-in-law to be. In the Baby Special of their TV show, Rob & Chyna, Rob called Toni "a loose cannon", and in reply, Toni blasted him on Instagram, writing: "you could have picked up the phone and told me I was about to be dogged out on your show. To be spoken about like that for ratings!!! Where’s my f*cking cheque!!" She’s also told Rob he’ll "ruin the relationship" with Chyna … live on telly. Happy holidays, Rob!
This comes after reports that the pair are planning a televised wedding (!!!!) and are moving in together.
A source told TMZ: "Rob wants to live with Chyna and spend every day with Dream. He's making a big effort to get along with Chyna. She seems very happy with him. They are getting along great and enjoying parenting together.
"Rob is super hands on with Dream. She's changed his life. She makes him want to be better. And he's spending a lot more time with his family."
"They don't want the fighting to affect the baby," a source told TMZ at the time. "They think it is a healthier way to live until the baby is born. He is living Calabasas and she is in Tarzana. It's just temporary and because they are living apart, the fighting has gotten less."
