It's safe to say Lindsay Lohan is about as American as they come. She grew up in New York, before moving out to Hollywood to pursue a career in the movie business.

And we all know how that turned out. AWKS.

But in 2014 Linds chose to move across the pond to London in the hope of turning over a new leaf.

So we wouldn't blame her if she'd picked up a bit of a British twang, right?

Well this viral video of a bleary-eyed Lindsay, 30, talking to Greek reporters goes way, WAY beyond that.

In fact, we can't even register where her new accent is from.

It almost sounds as if she's doing that mega-cringe thing holidaymakers do when trying to overcompensate for having a different accent by creating a brand new one altogether.

Either way, it is an absolute treat for the ears.

Lindsay's rambling monologue sees her chat about her newest venture, a nightclub in Athens called Lohan.

The star also talks about how she wants to be charitable by also opening up a chain of spas and refugee camps.

An intriguing business model you've got there, Linds, though we doubt you're going to be winning The Apprentice anytime soon.

"Americans are very closed-minded… I know that because I am American," she clarifies in the video. WE KNEW IT.

"I'm Italian-Irish really, but Greek people are very welcoming, Turkish people are very welcoming, and we have to help other people."

Aww, Linds, we love ya.

Lindsay continues: "I've been subjected to clubs. I'm the bad guy for going to the club. People make things up about me, but this is bigger than that.

"Life should be about celebrating each other's lives. We should all have peace."

Tbh, Lindsay is life coach goals right now.

In response to an article about her new voice on Mail Online, the actress tweeted: "What should I call my new accent? I'm thinking #LILOHAN".
