The Sorry singer posted a smoochy picture of him and Hailey actually necking on in the early hours of this morning.
Are tongues involved?

Justin also appeared very interested in Hailey's clavicles in another picture he posted:
Because everyone knows that clavicles bring all the boys to the yard.
It's thought that the snaps are from a New Year's party the pair attended in Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean. So posting them today looks deliberate, rather than a tiddly-pops snap-and-post, which is not a thing that heat has ever done, oh no.
Hailey has also been posting pictures of her and Biebs looking very close, which is certainly a way to ring in 2016:
The pair have been linked as far back as June 2015 (remember then? - it's all a blur to us), but claimed at the time that they were friends.
And perhaps they are still friends now.
