Last night, after weeks of anticipation, Cheryl and Liam's baby boy's name was reportedly revealed. They've apparently named him Bear!

BEAR PAYNE!

According to google, Bear comes from the Middle English nickname Bere meaning 'bear' (Old English bera, which is also found as a byname), or possibly from a personal name derived from a short form of the various Germanic compound names with this first element. Whatever that all means, it’s just super cute.

Now when we heard the news, all we could think about was what cheeky scamp Stephen Bear (ya know, from Ex On The Beach and Celebrity Big Brother fame) thought of it all and as it turns out; he's pretty chuffed that he shares the same name as little baby Chiam.

Bear told The Sun: "Maybe it’s because she fancies me. Jokes! It’s a good name.

"The baby’s going to be good looking with an amazing personality!

"Congratulations to them both."

Lovely.

After choosing to wait a little while to name their baby boy, Cheryl and Liam apparently agreed on the name Bear 'weeks ago' and just felt like 'it suited him'.

A source also told The Sun: "Cheryl and Liam wanted to get to know their baby before deciding on a name.

"They didn’t have the name Bear before the birth.

"But they’d been thinking of a name since meeting him and they just felt it suited him."

SO cute.
