But apart from tree decorating, present buying and cake baking, there's one important festive tradition for all couples at Christmas.
The royal family do it, and the Kardashians always get theirs out.
Yep, it's the couples Christmas card and Sam and Tiff went all out for theirs.
No, literally, they got EVERYTHING out and posed totally starkers for their 2016 seasons greetings. Is there anything more festive? No?
The only objects covering their modesty were bows, baubles and presents. We'll never touch that stocking again…
Viewers watched the Christmas card photoshoot on last night's Made In Chelsea, where Olivia Bentley snapped the couple in their birthday suits. We bet the rest of the cast can't wait to put that one on their mantelpiece.
Sam and Tiff aren't the only couple to release their joint Christmas card today.
Cheryl and Liam just posted their very first couple's Christmas card on Instagram, and we can see who the humbug in this relationship is.
