We'd never have ranked Kim Kardashian high on our list of people we feel sorry for (she's probably last on it, TBH) – but her latest sorrowful Snapchat has changed EVERYTHING.
Apparently she's under the impression it's 2011, so she still owns a Blackberry. We should say owned, as she dramatically informed fans that she'd BROKEN IT.
HANDS UP IF YOU CRIED.
She asked her Snapchat followers whether or not she should get an iPhone instead, a question we're pretty sure we put as our Facebook status around the year Kim thinks it is.
Obviously Kim probably has about 34 spare phones in her vast collection of possessions, but we still feel EXTREMELY SORRY FOR HER :'(.
In the tear jerking video, she aims the camera at two very expensive Blackberries that look in perfect working order, saying: "Guys my Blackberry Bold died. Do I get rid of a Blackberry altogether and just use my iPhone? Or which Blackberry should I choose?"
GOD FORBID YOU JUST HAVE TO USE AN IPHONE, KIM, RU OK?

It's even sadder than the news that she was cut from The Hills.
When we break a phone, we might put a Facebook status like: "sat on my phone while I was drunk lol contact me on here," but Kim has taken it to the next level – and has live tweeted her trauma.
Our personal favourite line is: "Another option is having 2 iPhones. I really want my blackberry bold though. Reality is starting to set in & I'm getting sad."
