So it's probs fair to say the last few weeks haven't exactly been the greatest for the Kardashian-Jenner klan.

There was that time that Kendall Jenner starred in a Pepsi advert so contro that it got pulled mere hours after it was released.

Then Kim Kardashian was in the firing line when she decided to bare her bum on the beach this week and despite the fact she had hoards of people praising her for showing off her cellulite, she actually lost over 100,000 followers on social media.

Oh, and then there's the small thing of Caitlyn Jenner's book causing a HUGE rift between them all.

But now it seems that Khloe is in a bit of hot water and it's all to do with a selfie. How VERY Kardashian.

Khloe Kardashian

Apparently Khloe uploaded a picture to her Instagram account of herself and her sister Kourtney leaving a restaurant in Miami. However, as it was ‘unlicenced’ usage the photographer, Manuel Munoz, is not very happy about it to say the least.

She has since deleted the pic, but according to The Hollywood Reporter claims Khloe is being sued for using the image since the rights to the image were solely licenced to The Daily Mail.

They’re also alleging that Khloe copied then digitally removed the copyright before posting it.

Xposure Photos are behind the lawsuit and are seeking up to $150,000 (£115,000) in damages for "wilful, intentional and malicious" copyright infringement. Yikes.

On top of that, they’re looking for around £19,000 in damages for "unauthorised alteration or removal of copyright information".

Xposure Photos have taken action as they believe that in sharing the image with her 67 million Instagram followers, Khloe hindered its sales.

The lawsuit states: “Kardashian’s Instagram post made the photograph immediately available to her nearly 67 million followers and others, consumers of entertainment news — and especially news and images of Kardashian herself, as evidenced by their status as followers of Kardashian — who would otherwise be interested in viewing licensed versions of the photograph in the magazines and newspapers that are plaintiff’s customers.”

Yeah, see – not a great month they’ve been having.

At least Kylie has managed to avoid any negative press. OH WAIT…
