Khloe Kardashian lost 11lbs in 6 weeks by NOT going to the gym

Khloe Kardashian’s ‘revenge body’ looks so good, she’s even made a new TV show out of it. But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has revealed that her new figure isn’t just down to exercise. Khloe’s worked hard on her diet and claims she lost a huge 11lbs in just six weeks, just from cutting out dairy.

“I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” Khloe told New Beauty.

“In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

Khloe, 31, showcased her new-look-body in an amazing photo shoot with _Complex Magazin_e earlier this year and, in an interview with Women’s Health, admitted she wanted to get in shape after breaking up with her husband Lamar Odom.

“It started around 2012,” Khloe said. “I was having a hard time with Lamar. It was toward the end of our union, and there was so much drama. I needed a release. At first it was so hard. It was baby steps, but I started feeling so much better.”

Now she’s a committed gym bunny, hitting the treadmill and lifting weights nearly every day. Her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson even called her an “animal”, adding: “No complaining, no bitching, [Khloe] just gets after it.”
