Kieron Richardson and his husband Carl Hyland have welcomed twins via a surrogate, and Kieron has revealed their names on Instagram!
Posting a picture of their hospital tags, he wrote: “Welcome Chase and Pheobe rae”.
SO cute.
The lil babbas were born on 22nd May, Chase at 6.11pm and Phoebe at 6.34pm.
Kieron announced he was expecting twins back in March on This Morning, saying: "I'm having two babies, which is absolutely brilliant, by a surrogate.
"We tried really hard for it.
"I understand when people in hetrosexual relationships want to have a baby, you go to bed, you have a womb, but its not that easy for us."
