Honestly, we've written so much on this saga this week that it's almost kind of paining us to keep going. But, as it is probably THE MOST INTERESTING BIT OF NEWS 2K16, we're bloody loving it really.

It has emerged that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West apparently decided to release that tape of Taylor Swift(if you need us to tell us which one, what on earth have you been doing since Monday?!) after she blasted Kanye at the Grammy Awards.

If you can't recall her lil heartfelt acceptance speech, it was the one in which she threw some not-so-subtle shade Kanye's way re: THOSE lyrics in his song Famous (y'know, the ones the tape seemingly revealed she actually approved…Oh dear, Tay Tay).

In the speech, she said things like: "There are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame" and "if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people side track you, someday when you get where you’re going". These words were basically all made redundant by the revelation that she had seemingly given her blessing for his lyrics about him making her famous. Oh dear.

Predictably, her speech reaaally riled up Kimye. An insider told Us Weekly: "They wouldn't have released that tape had she not dedicated her Grammys speech to bashing Kanye for something she was aware of. Kim and Kanye hope that one day they can make up with Taylor. They aren't interested in having this beef.

"Kim is glad that the truth is out there. Kim was sick of it for them, for their kids, for everyone who believes in them, and she was not going to let people take Kanye down."

Taylor has apparently been planning to pursue legal action against K & K, believing that she was illegally recorded (though it later emerged that she probably wasn't, or something). Argh, this story is just TOO. DARN. COMPLICATED.

What on EARTH will happen tomorrow?
