At the end of Sunday's show, it was also teased that Kim would be revealing all about her horrific ordeal in Paris in the second episode.
"They asked for money. I said: 'I don't have any money'. They dragged me out to the hallway on top of the stairs. That's when I saw the gun, like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking back down at the stairs.
"I was like, 'I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision. Like, am I gonna run down the stairs and be like, shot in the back? Like it makes me so upset to think about it. But either they're gonna shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don't, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, I'm f*cked. There's no way out."
And now it looks as though Kim's set to reveal even more details about how she believed she was being watched.
In a new promo video ahead of the second episode, Kim explains: "If you want across the street you can see the lights on. We were the first floor and they must have been told we were the first floor. They must have been watching."
She also reveals: "I turned the lights off and went upstairs, what I think happened now, after thinking about it so much, is there was probably a group of guys following us the entire trip.
"I was Snapchatting that I was home and everyone was going out, so I think they knew Pascal [Kim's bodyguard] was out with Kourtney and I was there by myself.
"They had to have known we were leaving that day. They had that window or opportunity and just went for it."
