A controversial costume company in America may have taken it one step too far with their latest outfit.

Costumeish has released a Halloween costume inspired by the horrific ordeal Kim Kardashian suffered in Paris. The reality TV star was gagged, held at gunpoint and robbed of millions pounds worth of jewellery, including a $4 million engagement ring.

The online store has taken it upon itself to make light of the situation just one week after the shocking events took place in Paris during Fashion Week. Classy, real classy.

While the company have not actually mentioned Kim's name in association with the costume, the outfit is named "Paris heist robbery victim kit." Subtle.

Unless we're mistaken there hasn't been another high profile celebrity armed robbery in Paris this year, thankfully.

The 'kit' – which costs $69.99 – is made up of a 'sexy' white robe, long black wig, over-sized sunglasses, a two-foot long rope (presumably to tie around your wrists) and a gag. It's all a bit distressing.

The costume also comes complete with a replica of Kim's $4 million engagement ring. A gift from her husband Kanye West, that was stolen along with other valuable pieces of jewellery.

The outfit's description is equally as stomach churning, referring to Kim as "America's goddess of glamorous" and reading:

"She has devoted her life to promoting American decadence, youth, and hedonism but all that flashy living caught up with her one night in Paris when armed men bound her, stole her jewelry and her peace of mind. This Halloween have some fun with pop culture and dress just like the Queen of Social media with our sensational "Parisian Heist Robbery Victim Costume" Costume."

Thanks, but no thanks guys. We'd rather dress up as a giant poo this Halloween than have anything to do with this costume.

But this isn't the first time Costumeish have pushed the boundaries and produced some poor-taste Halloween outfits. Last year the company released a 'foxy Megyn's bloody tampon outfit' following Donald Trump's sexist comments to American Fox News presenter Megyn Kelly.

Halloween

SO. MUCH. GROSS.
