But now, Kim K has FINALLY shared what feels like the most highly anticipated picture in celeb-land - the first photo of newborn baby, Saint West.
Yep, the 35-year-old reality star shared the baby's first picture to Instagram, adding the caption: "She said, 'He's my best friend.'" How sweet.
Okay, okay, so it's not actually a picture of the baby's face but it's still the first photo of Saint - guess we'll have to wait a little longer to see if Saint is, er, Saint-like...
