To be precise, Kim and Nick dated from September 2006 to January 2007, ending things just before the whole Ray J sex tape debacle. In fact, Nick Cannon has even been said to blame said sex tape for the break-up of the relationship. AWKS.
Well, Nick has now taken to Instagram to post some throwback pictures from back in the day when him and Kim were a thing.
It's also from around the time that Kim was still Paris Hilton's lowly assistant (how times have changed!), so naturally the Simple Life star makes an appearance too.

Or is it all just a major coincidence?
