It's been a tough few years for Lamar Odom. After a well-publicised battle with drug addiction and depression, he was charged with driving under the influence in 2013 – and his wife, Khloe Kardashian, filed for divorce some months later.
Then in October 2015, events took a heart-breaking turn when Lamar was discovered unconscious in a Nevada brothel. He then fell into a coma and was placed on life support for a few days, suffering several strokes and kidney failure in the process.
This obviously received huge publicity across the world, and we were so pleased to hear he was recovering well – he and Khloe discussed staying married, and he even made a return to Keeping Up With The Kardashians looking much healthier.
But the former basketball player has caused fresh concern after his behaviour on a flight this week (Monday 11 July).
According to TMZ, Lamar was taken off a Delta flight that was due to fly from LA to New York after getting drunk in the airport lounge and vomiting all over the plane.
They spoke to an eyewitness who claimed that Lamar had been downing beers and whiskey before boarding. Two other eyewitnesses claimed that Lamar went to sit down on the plane, but ran to the front and threw up in the gallery as it was about to start moving. He then walked into the bathroom and threw up again with the door open.
The passengers then claimed that the flight attendants "gently" escorted him off the plane and removed his hand luggage, but he apparently reappeared 10 minutes later with sick on his sweatpants and took his seat.
They said that he then went back to the bathroom, using the heads of people in their seats to steady his balance.
Grim.
Clearly fully aware of who he was, one of the passengers apparently told the flight attendant: "Don't you know his history? I don't want a dead body at 30,000 feet."
Lamar was once again removed from the plane, which ended up being 40 minutes late to New York.
Khloe has yet to officially comment on her estranged husband's behaviour, though she did tweet a sad-face emoji this afternoon.
She also kicked off at one follower who told her to "help your HUSBAND".
Poor old Khlo.
