When you picture Liam and Cheryl’s lives post baby Bear, you imagine it’s absolute bliss. I mean, a One Directioner and an ex Girls Aloud member must have the most exciting lives EVER, right?!
I bet you don’t imagine them lounging on the sofa watching Kardashians, for instance...
But according to new dad Liam Payne, that’s exactly what Cheryl and baby Bear have been up to… and he’s worried the programme might be a bad influence on his son.
Speaking to US radio station Hot 99.5, Liam said: “My Mrs has got the Kardashains on all the time at the moment… I don’t mind watching a little bit of the Kardashians but I don’t want him looking at it and being like ‘Oh yeah that’s what we should do’.”
Uh oh. That’s certainly going to anger some of the Kardashian fanbase.
Especially seeing as Chez and Khloe are actually super good friends. In the past, Cheryl has called Queen Koko a “very special soul”, and Khlo has described Cheryl as a “true doll”.
But that’s not all. They’re so close, in fact, that apparently the Kardashian sister even sent the famous couple an extravagant Harrods hamper when Bear was born, worth about £5000!
Now, THAT is friendship goals.
But we doubt the Kardashian will be so keen to send prezzies to Liam in future now that he’s suggested that she’s a bad influence… I mean, it’s hardly going to encourage her to splash the cash is it?!
We can only hope that girl-power prevails, and the Kardashian/Tweedy friendship isn’t in jeaopardy!
