Ever since Rio Ferdinand and former TOWIE star, Kate Wright, went public with their relationship last month, the pair have been getting more and more serious by the second.
They’ve been doing couples work outs together, going out for romantic lunches, and recently Kate even recently joined Rio in Portugal on a holiday with his family…
But now things are progressing even further, as Kate has revealed a pretty huge commitment she’s made to the ex-Manchester United footballer.
And no… they're not engaged (yet!). But apparently, the TOWIE babe will be QUITTING SHOWBIZ in order to look after his kids: Lorenz, Tate and Tia.
Yup, this is big.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: “I’m taking a step back from the public eye, I want to keep my life private as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE, my priority right now is Rio and the family.”
And she means business, too. Kate will be dropping her showbiz agent and cutting several ties she has with high profile brands.
A friend of hers added: “Kate left TOWIE because she wanted to be away from the limelight.
“But interest continued to be sky high and she struggled to visit the gym and go on holiday in peace.
“She hopes having no links with brands and no longer being on TV will help give her the quiet life she longs for with her new family.”
And true to her word, while her ex, Dan Edgar, has been off filming The Only Way is Essex, making Amber Turner cry, and generally loving life in Marbs, Kate hasn’t appeared on the current series, and has instead been spending time with Rio and his children.
They’ve posted some totes adorbz family shots on Instgram, including these matching family Yeezy shots...
And we have to admit, as much as we’ll miss Kate on our TV screens, we’re kind of loving watching this romance unfold.
