Join us, if you will, on a trip down memory lane to 2010. The X Factor was at its peak, One Direction were essentially just little children, Cher Lloyd was a thing, Matt Cardle was as well, and the judging panel featured Simon Cowell, Danni Minogue, Cheryl and Louis Walsh.
And Cheryl and Liam Payne certainly did not have a baby then.
We could be set to (sort of) go back to these frankly far simpler time, as Simon has expressed wish to work with Cheryl again.
But with her own reality show, not The X Factor.
Simon told The Sun: “I have one or two ideas in mind.
“Once she’s settled she’s going to want to be working again and I enjoy working with Cheryl – she is good.
“We still have a really good relationship and I think at some point we’ll probably end up working together again soon.”
He goes on to say that he’s happy with the current X Factor line-up, but is keen to potentially work with Cheryl on her own show.
