It was only last week Louise Redknapp confirmed her separation from husband Jamie and admitted that their marriage had left her feeling like a 'Stepford Wife'.
Speaking to the Sunday Telegraph's Stella Magazine, the Strictly Come Dancing star explained how being on the BBC show began a transformation in her: "I could feel myself changing week by week. Sometimes I felt like crying because deep down inside me this voice was screaming, 'This is what I have been missing!'”.
She also said of her relationship with Jamie: "It’s so hard because I love him. He’s an amazing man and we’ve had 20 good years together.
"I know he’s trying to understand that I need to do this."
But it seems all may not be lost for the photogenic couple who have two children, Charles and Beau, together.
According to a source who spoke to Now Magazine, the Redknapps have been enjoying a string of secret date nights in a bid to put the spark back into their marriage.
The source said: "Louise has been turning down social invites in favour of time with Jamie and has been giggling like a love-struck teen every time she says the sentence, 'I’ve got a date with my husband'.”
The friend continued: "At one point, Louise was worried her sudden thirst for a career would spell the end of family life as she knows it.
"But date nights with Jamie have helped them get to know each other again and he understands how important this is to her."
Jamie and Louise have always been one of our favourite couples.
