Amber Davies has opened up about her “experimental” sex life with her Love Island boyfriend Kem Cetinay as it’s emerged he had a secret plan to couple up with Chris Hughes on the show in a bid to take home the prize money.
The two boys were popular with viewers during their time on the ITV2 reality series and they are now filming a spin-off programme based on their bromance.
But things could have been very different for season champions Kem and his girlfriend Amber as he wanted to bank the £50,000 winnings with pal Chris instead.
Kem told The Sun Online: “We actually were considering coupling up at one stage which would have been funny.
“I don’t think they would have let us though because it’s called Love Island not Bromance Island but a lot of people have said they wanted us to win.”
But Kem hasn’t taken his bromance to the next level, like he has his romance with Amber.
She says they are still going strong in the bedroom now they have come back to the UK and are actually spicing up their sex lives a bit.
She said: “We’re still caught up in the honeymoon stage of our relationship. It is a bubble, but it’s amazing. It’s working so much better in the outside world than I expected.
“We try to see each other every night, and our sex life is the same as it was in the villa. In fact I think we’re much more experimental now without the cameras watching us all the time.”
