Since leaving the Love Island villa, Chris Hughes has been a very busy man. From his and BFF Kem Cetinay's budding rap career to his relationship with Olivia Attwood and what seems like endless nightclub PAs, he's had his hands full.
And now he's signed up for 5STAR's new show Celebrity Ghost Hunt Live, where he'll spend a night in one of the UK's most haunted locations and perform an actual séance with fellow celebs Charlotte Crosby, Stephen Bear, Charlotte Dawson and Ampika Pickston. We can hear the screams already.
We caught up with Chris to find out how he feels about spending the night in a haunted castle (safe to say he's more than bit scared), if he's ever seen a ghost and what his fave scary movie is. All the serious stuff.
Celebrity Ghost Hunt Live looks absolutely terrifying, how do you feel about doing it?
I'm petrified, I really don't know why I signed up for it. I'm scared of the dark and I literally hate everything like that. I threw up watching Paranormal Activity 2. It could end really tragically. I'm not even doing it to overcome any fears or anything. I just signed up to it and thought it was a good idea and now we're here at the start.
Do you actually believe in ghosts and the paranormal?
This is the thing, I actually do. I think my brothers have seen them. I've just gone off what they said and they wouldn't lie.
Have you ever seen one?
No, I don't think I have. I live in the Cotswolds and when I walk at night I hate it. I try and avoid it because I'm proper scared of the dark. You'll hear noises and stuff, but that's more wildlife and shit.
Obviously this is going to be pretty scary. What has, so far, been the scariest moment of your life to date?
My brother has this Scream mask and every time I go to the cattle grid, he gets into position with this Scream mask and just kind of shits me up every time. I avoid going to his house for that reason!
How many times has he managed to get you with that?
It's in the double figures, definitely!

If you were a ghost yourself, what celebrity would you haunt and why?
Who would I haunt? Probably Kem, just to shit him up a bit.
Do you reckon he's easily scared?
Yeah. [I'd do it] just to kind of keep him in place and keep him grounded I think.
On the topic of spooky stuff, what do you reckon you're going to be for Halloween this year?
I'm usually just a vampire, to be honest.
A classic.
Yeah, if you're good with the face paint then it's not too much and you look half decent.
What's your favourite scary movie? Because you're probably going to be in your own scary movie at this point.
I don't really watch them, but I like House of Wax because it's kind of weird. I like Child's Play, the one with that little Chucky doll. I can only watch it when he's on the screen, I can't watch it when he's not on the screen because I'm frightened he's going to pop up.
A classic! Have you ever done a ouija board or anything like that in your time?
No, no, no. That's not me. That really isn't me. That's too much.
What are going to be your coping mechanisms when you're doing it?
Crawling on the floor, just to try and reduce my body size. I will actually crawl up in a ball. I'm going to have to zone out because I won't be able to cope.
**Which of the other celebs you're doing the show with do you think will be equally scared, or even more so? **
I think Bear, out of everyone. He's got phobias of snakes and stuff so I think anyone who's scared of snakes will be scared of other stuff. The girls will be alright.
